God Mode

After you finish the game on Fetish mode, enter the following on the title screen:

Cheat Codes

The following codes have no effect until you complete both levels with five stars. Each of the codes have two parts, which are unlocked by a specific level (for example the end of level 1 & 2 with at least a three star rank) on the game art that appears.
